Often family members find our program because they are trying to help their student navigate the sometimes challenging process of choosing a major as they apply to colleges during their senior year of high school.  We know that there are a lot of questions that need to be answered during this time and we hope that you will find the information here to be helpful.

We also know that your students rely on you to be informed resources for them as they begin to think about what they want to do with their lives after they graduate.  This site is designed to help you find more information about the curriculum at Ohio State and about everything that our institution has to offer. 

You may have questions about degrees at Ohio State and career marketability for your student.  We also know that you are interested in learning about the transferrable skills students gain from a liberal arts degree.  We've created a site that reviews all of the majors at Ohio State and you can search this information in our 'What Can I Do With a Major In' series as you and your student discuss the breadth of majors that we offer.

In our annual report, we have also included recent data about what majors our students have declared and where some of them have gone after graduation.  This data demonstrates that our excellent advising staff, intentional and strategic assistance and unique outreach efforts make University Exploration one of the best places your student can start at The Ohio State University.
